    Excellent quality/price ratio. In Spain it would not be a 5 star, a good 4 star. staff is attentive and helpful. Clean venue. We, who had not hired the breakfast, were offered it for free during the five days. that, in Turkey, is far from usual. In short, we thought it was a good idea to choose this hotel. only drawback is the location. It's not centrally located. it's two minutes from the Topkapi metro station, in two stops puts you on the tram to the heart of the old town. It takes 15 minutes to the big bazaar and 20 minutes to Sultanameth Square... In my opinion it's worth it, if you like to be in the heart of it (or go with kids.. it probably wouldn't be the best option.

    Location. Not so much because of the distance to the tourist areas, but because the neighborhood really has nothing to do with it. It is purely residential, although it is a good neighborhood.

    Fairly clean hotel with pleasant and very courteous employees especially kamel the receptionist and the lady in public relations and all restaurant team they do great job. Good and fab location, quite close to Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi, loved this place. The pool area is great too. Everything perfect.

    Staff accuse us that we drunk whisky which is available in the room and when we isisted that we did not drink they rechecked and found that we were right. Another thing that water and juice which is available previosly in the room are charged without notifications

    Generally, the place was magnificent and had consistently courteous and pleasant staff especially kamel the receptionist and the lady in public relations and all restaurant team they do great job. This accommodation had a very central setting right by the metro.

    Just a perfect match for a fleeting pause in Istanbul with best value for money ratio. The reception staff were great, especially Ebru, Ahmet, Ayse, and Zeki, who made our stay enjoyable. Make sure to request a room on a higher floor for a better experience.

    All the descriptions given were incorrect they dont even provide for an airport shuttle, yet on the net they state it is available, there rooms have a bad smell like something has died,also all sites are not close by as stated, infact they are misleading their clients to come and stay there. It is a hotel that I will never like to return back to, my experiance with them was not a good one even a compensation stay will not persuade me to go back, This hotel needs a review on its 5 star status maybe 2 stars.
